Zone Custom Wraps LLC ("Zone Custom Wraps", "we", "us") operates zonecustomwraps.com and advertises on Facebook and Instagram. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or visit this site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

What you send us. When you fill out the quote form, text us, email us or message us on Instagram or Facebook, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the city or town where the vehicle is, photos of your vehicle, and whatever else you choose to tell us about the job.
Site usage. Standard technical information that any website receives: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site or ad you came from.
Advertising and analytics. We may use the Meta pixel and similar tools so that our Facebook and Instagram ads are shown to relevant people and so we can tell which ads produce quote requests. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Deposits and payments are handled in person or through a payment provider at the time of booking.

Why we use it

To answer your message, prepare a quote, and schedule and perform the work.
To follow up about a quote you asked for, and about warranty or care questions afterward.
To measure and improve our advertising, and to show ads to people with interests similar to our customers.
To keep records we are required to keep as a business, such as invoices.

Photos of your vehicle

Photos you send us are used to quote and plan the job. We also photograph vehicles we wrap, and we may show finished work on our website and social media. We blur license plates. We do not publish a commercial client's business name or branding without asking first, and if you do not want your vehicle shown at all, tell us and we will not post it.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us run the business.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that make the business work, and only for that purpose: our website host (Cloudflare), our email provider (Google), our social media scheduling tool (Metricool), Meta for advertising delivery and measurement, and material suppliers or subcontracted installers when a specific job requires it. We also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become jobs are kept for up to two years so we can follow up and understand where our customers come from. Records of completed work, including invoices and warranty details, are kept for at least seven years, because we may need them to honor a warranty claim or to meet tax and accounting requirements.

Your choices

Ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion. Email hello@zonecustomwraps.com and we will respond. If we are keeping something because the law requires it, we will tell you what and why.
Stop hearing from us. Reply STOP to a text, or just ask, and we stop contacting you.
Ad tracking. You can control how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser.
Do Not Track. Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is no agreed standard for how to do so.

Children

This site and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
