These terms apply to the use of this website and to vehicle wrap, paint protection film and related work performed by Zone Custom Wraps LLC. A written quote or invoice for a specific job, if it says something different, takes priority over this page.
Quotes are based on the photos and information you give us and are valid for 30 days. If the vehicle turns out to be different from what we were shown, for example additional damage, aftermarket bodywork, a previous wrap that has to be removed, or heavier prep than expected, we will tell you before starting and give you a revised price. You are free to decline at that point.
A date is reserved once a deposit is paid. The deposit is applied to the final price. If you cancel with at least 72 hours notice, the deposit is refundable. Inside 72 hours, the deposit covers the material already cut or ordered and the reserved day. We will always try to reschedule rather than keep a deposit.
This is the most important part of this page, so it is in plain language. Vinyl film sticks to the paint. If the paint is already failing, has been resprayed, is peeling, cracked, rusted or has body filler under it, removing the film later can take that paint with it. We inspect the vehicle and will tell you when we see a risk, but we cannot see under the paint. By going ahead after we raise a concern, you accept that risk. On factory paint in sound condition, removal does not damage the finish.
Wait 48 hours before washing a newly wrapped vehicle. Hand wash with mild soap, avoid brush washes, and do not aim a pressure washer at the edges. We give you the full care sheet when we hand the vehicle back. Following it is a condition of the installation warranty.
We travel to you in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Massachusetts. Wrapping requires a clean, dry, enclosed space with power at a workable temperature. If the space available on the day does not allow a proper install, we will reschedule or arrange an indoor bay, and the cost of renting that bay is added to the price only with your approval first.
Most single vehicles are completed in one day. We give an honest estimate, but weather, an unexpected condition on the vehicle or a material delay can move a date. We are not liable for costs you incur because a job took longer than estimated.
If you give us a logo, artwork or a reference image, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you allow us to reproduce it on your vehicle. Designs we create for you are yours to use on your vehicles. We keep the right to show photographs of finished work, subject to the choices described in our Privacy Policy.
The balance is due on completion, before the vehicle leaves our care. We accept the methods listed on your invoice.
Our responsibility for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, which includes redoing the work or refunding it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or lost time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Massachusetts law.
Prices, photographs and descriptions on this site are examples, not a binding offer. Only a written quote for your vehicle is an offer. We try to keep the site accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Before any formal dispute, both sides agree to try to resolve the matter directly, in writing, within 30 days.
